Circus has released the new single “Reclusão” (Seclusion). The track, which will be part of their third studio album, scheduled for 2026, delves into the experience of feeling imprisoned within one's own mind, where negative thoughts create an invisible cell—but one that is just as suffocating as any physical prison.

Inspired by references ranging from Linkin Park to Bring Me the Horizon , bassist Lucas Mendes , who is also a lawyer, wrote the track, using metaphors from the prison system to portray feelings of loneliness and helplessness. “Music, as well as art in general, is extremely important for the process of self-acceptance and mental health. 'Reclusion' speaks precisely about that: inner imprisonment and the attempt at liberation,” explained the musician.

According to vocalist Bernardo Tavares , the new single perfectly encapsulates the group's current spirit: "'Reclusão' is probably our best group composition in over ten years as a band, which is why it was chosen as the entry point for the album. For me, it's a mix of Deftones, Circa Survive , and Linkin Park."

Circus has toured with bands like Matanza and Dead Fish , collaborated with national and international artists, and garnered thousands of listeners across digital platforms.
